• Recommend suitable measures to reduce security threats and improve site protection.
• Ensure security operations follow company procedures and applicable UAE requirements.

• Maintain proper control of keys, security equipment, access systems, and related records.
• Identify equipment requirements and coordinate replacement or procurement when needed.
• Train, guide, and assess security officers to maintain professional standards.

• Perform additional security-related responsibilities assigned by the Administration Manager.

• A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in security operations.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team-lead position.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or large corporate environment is preferred.
• Practical knowledge of CCTV surveillance and access-control systems.
• Understanding of emergency procedures and incident handling.
• Experience managing security teams and preparing duty rosters.
• Knowledge of workplace security practices and risk-control procedures.
• Familiarity with UAE security regulations and health & safety standards will be an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, observation, and problem-solving abilities.
