Job Description

The Loyalty Airline Partnerships Specialist is responsible for the design, negotiation and implementation of Qatar Airways’ airline loyalty partnerships within the Privilege Club programme. The role sits in the commercial side of the group and works with partner airlines and alliance structures, supporting how members earn and redeem miles across the airline’s partnership network.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, negotiate and implement airline loyalty partnership agreements for the Privilege Club
• Manage partnership relationships with partner airlines and alliance structures
• Plan and track partner revenue and cost budgets (financial planning for partnerships)
• Review legal and contractual partnership documentation
• Work with cross-cultural stakeholders across commercial, legal and partner teams

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Aviation experience, ideally with B2B or B2C loyalty programmes or partnerships
