Job Description
The selected candidates will manage maintenance operations across multiple sites within an assigned district in Saudi Arabia. The role involves supervising maintenance teams, planning preventive maintenance, and making sure all mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems run without interruption. Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance technicians across sites in the assigned district
- Plan and schedule preventive and breakdown maintenance work
- Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general civil repair works
- Assign daily tasks and monitor the quality of completed work
- Coordinate with clients and site management on maintenance issues
- Keep maintenance records and report to senior management
