Job Description
The Turnaround Coordinator is responsible for managing aircraft turnaround activities at Hamad International Airport in Doha. The role covers the coordination of loading, aircraft preparation and on-time departure processes, working closely with ramp teams and other airport operations units. Candidates must be able to complete the Turnaround Coordination course and IATA Dangerous Goods Training (Category 10).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate aircraft turnaround activities to ensure safe, on-time departures
- Manage loading operations and act as the person responsible for loading / Load Controller
- Interpret SITA messages and operational instructions accurately
- Delegate tasks and manage workflow across ramp handling teams
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously under time pressure
- Operate headset communication equipment during operations

- High School, Vocational or Diploma qualification
- Minimum 3 years of job-related experience as a Coordinator or Airline Representative
- Ability to obtain an Aircraft/Ramp Handling certificate
