The Operations Control Resource Allocator manages operational resource allocation systems and staff roster planning for high-volume business areas within the airport operations environment. Based in Doha, the role involves real-time decision support, adapting resource plans to dynamic shift changes and keeping operations running smoothly around the clock.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage operational resource allocation systems and resource management
- Plan and adjust staff rosters for high-volume operational areas
- Adapt resource plans to dynamic shift changes and operational disruptions
- Use real-time allocation decision-support systems
- Coordinate with operations teams to resolve resource conflicts
- Produce accurate reports and documentation on resource allocation
