Main Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s export business.

Key duties include:

• Develop and manage export sales strategies.
• Find new international markets and business opportunities.
• Set sales targets and monitor business performance.
• Build good relationships with international customers, distributors and retailers.
• Negotiate prices, contracts and payment terms.
• Study market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate export orders, shipments and deliveries.
• Work with production, warehouse and logistics teams.
• Manage export documents and ensure compliance with trade regulations.
• Support international exhibitions and trade shows.
• Prepare regular sales and export reports.
• Monitor customer accounts, credit and collections.

Skills Required

Candidates should have:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of international trade and export procedures.
• Understanding of INCOTERMS and export documentation.
• Good business development and sales skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• CRM/ERP or Odoo experience will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of different languages can be an additional benefit.

Experience in the footwear or manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Education & Experience

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.

Candidates should have strong experience in export sales and international business, with a proven ability to manage international customers and achieve sales targets.

Salary

The offered salary is OMR 800 to OMR 1,500 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
