Job Description
The Compliance Coordinator (Authorisation) is responsible for the administration and oversight of authorisation matters within the Compliance Monitoring – Technical team. The role supports compliance reviews by liaising with internal stakeholders and external auditors, and works with technical systems such as QAMS, AMOS, AQD, Trax, AMPPS and FlyDocs.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer and oversee authorisation matters within the compliance monitoring function
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external auditors to support compliance reviews
- Work with business and technical applications including AQD, Trax, AMPPS, FlyDocs, AMOS and QAMS
- Interpret technical procedures and apply regulatory standards
- Support investigation and audit activities within the technical compliance area
Desired Candidate Profile
- Engineering diploma in aviation, diploma in aircraft maintenance or trade, vocational aircraft maintenance qualification, or a degree (B.Eng., BSc) or equivalent in aircraft engineering
- Practical experience in the technical field within a similar work area
- Aircraft maintenance experience, including apprenticeship
- Basic ICAO type licence (per the posting)
- Formal basic training in quality management systems, audit skills and investigation
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Power BI, Excel analytics and data visualisation
- Working knowledge of company procedures such as TPM, CAP, MOE, CAME and MTOE
- In-depth knowledge of QCAA and EASA applicable regulations
- Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
