Job Description

Emirates Flight Catering is recruiting for a wide range of positions at its Dubai operations. Per the official portal, the open international-track roles include: Team Member, Merchandiser (Emirates Bustanica), Operations Assistant in the Operations Control Centre, Heavy Duty Driver, Team Member – Airside Operations, F&B Manager, AVP – People Operations, Junior Technician – Fleet, F&B Supervisor, General Assistant, Senior Assistant Accountant, Business Development Manager, Cost Analyst, Housekeeping Supervisor, Senior F&B Manager, Mixologist, Senior Sous Chef, Assistant F&B Manager and Barista Maestro.

Important: the Supervisor Maintenance – UAE National, HR Coordinator – Recruitment (UAEN) and Engineer roles are reserved for UAE nationals — these are not open to international applicants and are excluded from this posting. All other listed roles carry no nationality restriction.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Culinary and food production: prepare and present meals to airline catering standards (Commis II, Mixologist)
• Hospitality and service: supervise outlets and services, manage F&B operations (Housekeeping Supervisor, F&B Manager)
• Logistics: support airside and flight operations, driving and merchandising duties (Team Member – Airside, Drivers, Merchandiser)
• Corporate functions: handle accounting, cost analysis, IT projects and people operations (Senior Assistant Accountant, Cost Analyst, Project Manager – IT, AVP – People Operations)
• Training and safety: follow food-safety, hygiene and airport security procedures at all times
