The Mixologist will work across premium lounges and restaurants in Dubai run by a world-leading airline catering and hospitality operation. The role sits at the heart of the guest experience — crafting and serving high-end cocktails and beverages in some of the city’s most prestigious hospitality venues. This is a permanent, full-time position with relocation included, aimed at experienced hospitality professionals ready to move to Dubai.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Craft and serve premium cocktails, mocktails and signature beverages to lounge and restaurant guests
- Maintain bar setup, presentation and service standards at a luxury level
- Engage with guests to recommend drinks and create a memorable bar experience
- Manage bar stock, freshness and waste control in line with venue procedures
- Follow food safety, hygiene and venue compliance standards
- Work as part of a fast-paced hospitality team across lounge and restaurant outlets

- Professional experience as a mixologist or bartender, ideally in premium bars, lounges or restaurants
