Job Description

Etihad Airways Cabin Crew members are the face of the airline, delivering service and ensuring safety on flights departing from Abu Dhabi. The role combines hospitality with safety duties, and the airline provides full world-class training before flying begins. Crew progress through a structured career path from Economy to Business Class, Cabin Senior and Cabin Manager.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcome passengers and deliver Etihad’s in-flight service on assigned flights
• Carry out safety and security duties on board, following airline and regulatory procedures
• Look after passengers’ comfort and wellbeing during the flight
• Work with the cabin team under the direction of the Cabin Senior and Cabin Manager
• Follow service standards across Economy and premium cabins

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum age 21 and minimum height 163 cm
• High school graduate (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
• Fluent in written and spoken English (additional languages are an advantage)
• No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform
• Able to build an international career based in Abu Dhabi
